And the biscuit tally is...
21,070
Today we baked 4,140 biscuits, Baking, Baking and more Baking! Let's take a look at Day 6.
What do you think....can we beat our last year
numbers or not?
Right guesses might win themselves a special
Anzac Bikkie :)
And that started with... butter!
Ross, Adrita and Rodney
When two beautiful ladies come to cut the butter
You would melt... won't you?
Sue and Brenda 💓
Dimil, Wayne and Luke are concentrating
on getting the labels just right.
Antony, Stuart, Louise and Michael are busy dating
a few bags ready to use.
Julie, Bron and AJ working on the ribbons
whereas Garry is showing his expertise
with gumnut threading.
Ilter and Anne hard at work in the dry mix area.
Mellany and Mary carefully measuring the bicarb
and Matthew gets the hot water ready for the mix.
Lorraine busy busy busy in the kitchen
but still has time for a smile.
Our Lovely Aurora Energy Volunteer " Jess"
and Cherie working on rolling in the pantry.
Oh Heather....
getting them out straight from oven 👍
These look good - Alisha and Alyson at the lifting table.
Helen made sure her lipstick looks as radiant as
our golden biscuits 😆
Michael, Sia, Dean and David started
with some packing.
Cas (Beautiful volunteer from Aurora energy) and Dean
are counting and packing too.
Rebecca started on a very first bag of the day
but we needed some more help tying ribbons.
AJ and Brenda found some time in middle of chaotic
day, to do some laundry too.
Amazing people!!
Ended our day on a good note with a lot of deliveries, while accommodating our walk-in orders at the same time. Stay tuned... and we'll see you tomorrow!
