Day 8 - Our Biggest day yet again!

And the biscuit tally is...

31,450

Today we baked 5,250 biscuits, Some days are well behaved and follow the program that was carefully written for them, while others program themselves as they happen. Whichever day it proves to be, rest assured the biscuits just keep on coming and today was no exception to that rule.

Let's start our day getting our labels straight!

After yesterday bake, we need more and more

labelled bags.

Jordan and Wayne are getting ready with 

bag inserts.

the gumnuts with the help of Garry.

If you are wondering... it is plum and apricot jam.

You can't stop her, Angelique makes sure

everybody gets their order on time.

How often do you see 4 generations working together?

Chloe, Aunty Heather, grandmother Angelique 

and Great grandmother Joy.

And we even packed 1,054 twin-packs 
of Anzac biscuits for a special customer 
to give their employees!

It was a huge day, Non-stop baking, deliveries, Phone orders and walking orders. who knows what tomorrow will bring to us.
